Our Marrakech desert trips start by crossing most of the Atlas mountain range, stopping for lunch, and discover the ancient Kasbah village of Ait-Benhaddou. We then visit Ouarzazate, a city famous among Hollywood directors for film shoots.
Post Ouarzazate exploration, the journey continues south to the picturesque Draa Valley. Our desert tour from Marrakech will continue until approximately 4:00 pm. On reaching Zagora, you'll embark on a mesmerizing sunset camel ride, discovering the region before heading to the camp. At the traditional camp, indulge in a magical night with dinner and a captivating Berber show.
The second day of our 2-day Zagora desert tour starts just before sunrise with an early morning camel ride, allowing you to explore the surrounding desert while basking in the morning sun. Once the camel ride concludes, you'll sit down to a hearty traditional breakfast before we begin our journey back to Marrakech.
On the return journey, the driver will make opportune stops for lunch and explore the stunning sites at various iconic spots along the route. Travelers can also witness the scenic beauty of the Draa Valley and the high-altitude Tichka Pass.
Our tours from Marrakech typically conclude between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm, depending on traffic and time spent at stops. Experience the wonders of the Zagora desert, a highlight of any trip to Morocco.
