Cancellation Policy

- If you are forced to cancel your reservation with us, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The cancellation fees depend on when we received your written cancellation notice before the start of your trip:

  • More than 48 hours* : The full amount paid minus 2% (as transaction costs) will be refunded.
  • Less than 48 hours* : The deposit paid (15% of the total tour price) is not refunded.

- If you cancel on the day of the excursion, arrive late, or do not show up, you must pay for the entire tour (because we would have already paid for the transportation and accommodations)

(*) The deadline is based on the local time of the place where the experience takes place.

Changes in the Reservation

We will try to accommodate you to modify your reservation without additional charges. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible and confirm your request in writing. If it is not possible to make changes to your reservation for any reason, you have the option to proceed with the original reserved arrangements, or to cancel and pay the cancellation fees (if any) indicated below.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we offer you the change of date of the excursion, without any additional cost. Unforeseen circumstances include, but are not limited to, natural or nuclear disasters, war or threat of war, riots, terrorists, fires, pandemics, adverse weather conditions and others.
